Hello to you all ! We would like to let you know the steps we are taking to keep your dogs safe during this hot weather and how we would like you to help us to help them.
We have air conditioning in the salon to keep your dogs cool.
We are keeping the use of dryers to a minimum.
Your dog may take longer to dry because of this so please bear with us during this hot spell.
Please bring your dog on time to us as if we get behind it is hard for us to catch up during the day.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we will have to re-schedule you.
Please do make sure your dog has gone to the toilet but we would advise against excessive exercise in this weather prior to an appointment.
We have been inundated with messages this morning for appointment requests, and appointments will be allocated in the order that we got your message!
Please do re-book your dog on collection, we are happy to book through your years appointments for you so that there are no last minute panics when you realise that your dog needs grooming!
Appointments are currently available from 5th July onwards with the exception of bath and de-shed appointments and in the event of a cancellation.
