After 9 long weeks we are delighted to announce that we will be opening our doors once again on Monday! Hurrah!!
I just wanted to set out our new way of operating as a non contact salon to protect us all & to comply with social distancing
🌟 When you arrive at the salon please press the bell and place your dog inside the pen, close the door behind them & we will bring them inside. Feel free to leave their leads on or if you wish to take them home to wash just let us know as we will put a rope lead on anyway for safety.
🌟 When your dog is ready you will receive a text giving you half an hours notice to collect. Please be on time as we have reduced the amount of dogs we now groom so that there is no crossover of customers.
🌟 We would now prefer to take payment by bank transfer the day before your dogs groom , we will notify you of the cost , bank details are below or cash in the box provided (we are not able to give change so exact money please.)
🌟 Walk in nail clips are now by appointment so just message us for a slot.
🌟 Please note that we do require 48 hours notice for any cancellations as we have a long waiting list & we can easily fill your appointment in this time.
🌟 We are going to be very busy over the next few weeks so the best way to contact us will be to FB message or email us through the website as it will not always be possible to answer calls between grooming & disinfecting!
